Dedicated to advancing educational opportunities for women, the University Women of Flagler (UWF) is a 501 (c) 3 established in 2006.
In its first two years, UWF has awarded 6 scholarships to Flagler County high school graduates who are continuing their education to a 4 year college. The scholarships range from $500 to $1500.
UWF also sponsors one young student in the Take Stock in Children initiative which matches funds provided by the state and is administered by the Flagler County Education Foundation.
UWF is proud to help the children of Flagler County achieve their full potential.
UWF funds these scholarships through donations, fundraising events, and sponsorships. All proceeds earned by our fundraising efforts go to the Scholarship Fund.
